STAFFING DIRECTORATE PLACEMENT REQUEST ON-LINE FOR PERMANENT, FIXED-TERM, RE-ENTRY AND GRADUATE TEACHERS AND SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGISTS
Before submitting a Placement Request, all teachers and school psychologists should refer to information located on the Staffing Branch website relevant to their personal circumstances. To submit a Placement Request you will need to have a valid identification number with the Department of Education. Please contact Teaching WA if you do not have a valid identification number by phone: 9264 5774 or email: teachingwa@det.wa.edu.au You will be navigated through a series of data entry screens. The Next button will take you to the next screen in the process. To go back to a previous screen, use the Back button on the bottom of each page. Do not use the browser back button. On various pages there is an Add button which must be pressed to save the data you have just entered. This button must be pressed before progressing to the next screen to add the data to your application.
If you are currently working in a Department school, please advise the principal that you have submitted an application. You will receive an acknowledgement email or receipt in the mail once your application has been processed.
